Accepted payment methods include FPX (internet banking), TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local digital wallet options available on the platform. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time in line with operational requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 9700 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Withdrawing funds from your account requires you to complete an identity verification process beforehand. This is a standard security measure in place to protect your interests. 9700 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request that requires further investigation under its fraud prevention policy.
Any bonuses or promotional credits applied to an account are subject to separate bonus terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued. Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn as cash unless the specified wagering requirements have been met.
